| You can probably count the number of attorneys adept at motorcycle law on the fingers of one hand.

"An important fact with motorcycle accidents is that there must actually be contact between the motorcycle and the other vehicle for the victim to recover from the Uninsured Motorist Coverage."

Waechter's evolution into a successful motorcycle injury attorney wasn't planned, it was the result of courthouse success.
Starting out as a general personal injury attorney, he became one of the youngest attorney's to take a case from start to finish and win over $1 million. The triumph came one month after he left a firm and opened his practice.

investigated the case and the gunman's ability to pay. "That's the least I can do for people who come to me," he said.
He dug and hit pay dirt, discovering that the gunman was in the process of collecting an out-of-state annuity. "With a little luck and a lot of hard work, I was able to collect $1.2 million for my client," he said.
To win the maximum amount, Waechter invested his own time and money in the case. He hired a weapons expert to show how the shotgun fired; a vocational expert to show how few jobs were available to his wounded client; and a CPA to verify his client's lifetime wage losses that were caused by the shooting.
Because of his thorough preparation and ingenuous presentation, the case was written up in Michigan Lawyer's Weekly.
Like many successful trial lawyers, Waechter took acting classes at Albion College, where he also studied English and communications before obtaining a law degree at University of Detroit.
